INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use Erdos Alpha, we collect several types of information to provide and improve our service.
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your Discord username and user ID, along with any profile information you choose to share through the platform. When you communicate with us through feedback, bug reports, or other messages, we retain those communications. Additionally, we collect any content you create or submit while using Erdos Alpha, including gameplay data, inputs, and other activities within the platform.
We also automatically collect information about how you use our service. This includes detailed usage data showing how you interact with Erdos Alpha, such as which features you use, how much time you spend on the platform, and how frequently you access different areas of the service. Our systems collect performance metrics including system performance data, error logs, crash reports, and technical diagnostics to help us maintain and improve the service. Finally, we collect analytics data about user engagement patterns, feature adoption rates, and overall usage statistics.
Our machine learning models generate performance insights and analysis based on your gameplay and activities. These insights include performance analytics that our ML models create about your activities, automated insights about why certain outcomes occurred, and data about how our ML models process and analyze your gameplay patterns. We also collect quality metrics about the accuracy and effectiveness of these ML-generated insights.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to operate and continuously improve Erdos Alpha. This includes processing your inputs to generate performance insights and analysis, debugging issues and fixing bugs that arise during the alpha testing phase, and improving our machine learning models and algorithms based on usage patterns. We also develop new features and capabilities based on how users interact with our current offerings.
The information helps us provide communication and support services. We use it to respond to your questions and provide customer support when needed, send important notices about the alpha program including updates and changes, and communicate other updates or issues with the service that may affect your experience.
For research and analytics purposes, we analyze usage patterns and user behavior to better understand how our service is being used. We conduct research to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of our ML models and generate anonymized insights about product performance and user engagement. This research helps us evaluate and enhance the overall user experience.
We also use your information for legal and security purposes, including protecting against fraud, abuse, and security threats. This helps us enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of our users.
HOW WE SHRE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is valuable to us for improving our service, not as a product to be sold.
We may share your information in limited circumstances. We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the service, such as cloud hosting providers and analytics tools. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and can only use it for the specific services they provide to us. Your information may be accessed by our development team, researchers, and other personnel, but only for the purposes described in this policy.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that business transaction, though the new entity would be bound by the terms of this privacy policy.
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. This anonymized data may be used for research, analytics, or business purposes without restrictions.
